Shipping is figured based on weight, distance and the speed you choose for the shipping. All of which are calculated and selected at the time the order is placed. For a rough ground estimate (subject to change), here's a handy-dandy map.
Yes! We ship to any address that you provide and encourage our Finaons to use drop-shipping with their out-of-town clients (at no additional cost). All albums are beautifully packaged and client ready at the time of shipping, saving you time and money.
Due to the handmade nature of our albums, we can not guarantee a specific ship date, but we do everything we can to accommodate reasonable requests. We ask customers outside the NY area to select expedited 1-2 day shipping and leave a note in the comment box at the end of your order with the date you're hoping to have the album in your hands.
We do not put invoices in our outgoing, domestic shipments (many of our Finaons drop-ship directly to their clients). Your invoice will be emailed to you at the time you place your order. International shipments, however, are required by law to include a commercial invoice with the packing slip on the outside of the box.
Contact us right away and we will work with our shippers to track down your package. In the case that the carrier misplaced or delivered your package to the wrong address, it can take up to 2 business days for them to complete their investigation with the driver. We will continue to work with them to get you your order as soon as possible.
