FINAO’S BUSINESS MODEL
I do my own printing. Can I send you my prints?
No. Finao is a print-to-bind company. For the ease of production and to guarantee the highest quality album in a desirable time frame, we do not accept bind only album orders.
Do I have to order online?
Yes, you must place your order online through our website. We do not take orders over the phone or via fax or email to avoid possible errors and to create the most efficient workflow. Our products are highly custom and handmade, a detailed and lengthy process. Digitally tracking the many stages of product creation helps to ensure accuracy and the shortest production time.
How do I pay for my order?
Finao accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express, and PayPal. Like many online sellers, we charge your card at the time you place the order. All our products are custom, and we typically begin work on the same or next business day; once we start production, we are investing materials and effort in your order.

Absolutely! If you have any questions or simply want to make sure your initial order is just right, please contact info@finao.com or call 1-888-FINAO-US (1-888-346-2687) between 10 am and 6 pm, EST. We are always happy to walk you through your first order. It's an exciting time!
How do I select all the custom options I want?
Each product page of our new website briefly presents every option available. To learn more, click on any feature or option. Our online ordering system is very intuitive and will add or limit choices as you make decisions about the product you are ordering. In some cases, it will hide ordering options that are not available on a given product or with another option you have selected.
Finao products have many custom options. We are always happy to help you with ideas, questions, or any ordering difficulties. Please contact customer service, and we will work with you to make sure you get what you need.
What should I do before I place an order?
Before placing your first order, we recommend:
- Calibrate your monitor color using a standard device, available online or through most electronics and camera stores. Follow your model's instructions.
- We encourage you to order test prints before placing your first order to ensure color compatibility and quality.
- Order our swatch kit. Physical samples of materials always provide the most accurate representation. Digital screens are all calibrated differently and can give an inaccurate impression of color and texture.
How do I upload my images?
If you are ordering any product using images, you will be able to upload your digital files directly while in the order form. For help, see our Image Uploading link in the page footer.
- To upload images before placing your order: Log in to access your account menu, then select UPLOAD IMAGES. You can choose a batch of images to upload or set them to upload overnight.
- To FTP your images: Log in and select the ACCOUNT INFORMATION in the MY ACCOUNT menu to find your FTP login info. Upload the images first, then place your order. Your FTP images will appear on the order form when you place your order.
- Whichever method you choose, ALWAYS check the thumbnails and print properties to make sure you have uploaded the correct images.
AFTER ORDERING
Can I change or modify my order?
Once you submit an order, we guarantee that you have one hour to cancel or to make any print-related changes without incurring a charge. You also have 24 hours to make changes to other order details without incurring any costs. After this, all sales are final. We can not guarantee that we can cancel or change any order over 24 hours old, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Of course, we understand that accidents happen. Beyond these time frames, please feel free to contact customer service. As always, we will do whatever we can to allow you to make corrections or changes. We cannot guarantee the "without charge" part once production has begun, and we have invested time and materials in your order. If a change is possible, it may increase production time or be charged as a repair if we have already completed the step you are requesting we change.
How can I view my order history?
You can view or print any of your current or past orders at any time from your online account profile.
ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before finalizing your order, you must agree to the following statement. Please read it thoughtfully, at least once. When we both have the same expectations, there are always fewer difficulties. And we love it when our relationship is a happy one.
All Finao are custom orders. Our online ordering system will automatically bill your credit card when you place an order, as, under normal operating conditions, production begins on the same business day.
Once you submit an order, we guarantee that you have one hour to cancel or to make any print-related changes without incurring a charge. You also have 24 hours to make any other changes to other order details without incurring a cost. After this, all sales are final—there are no refunds or exchanges.
Of course, we understand that accidents happen. Beyond these time frames, please feel free to contact customer service. As always, we will do whatever we can to allow you to make corrections or changes. We each have our part to play. Once you place this order, you accept full responsibility for the design, content, layout, size, resolution, and any other issues relating to the files you have submitted. Finao is not liable for any mistakes that exist in your files. Our responsibility is to create a beautiful product from your files. While we often catch problems that we can correct for you (e.g., spelling mistakes in imprinting), our quality control routines are designed to assess only our work.

We fully support your artistic expression, and as such, are happy to print artful nudes and boudoir sessions. Understand, however, that Finao has the right to refuse to produce an order that contains images depicting illegal activity, whether real or simulated. We also may decline orders that sensationalize, promote, or incite violence or hatred. What meets these criteria is solely our determination.
